Our buildings are designed for protection of fire sprinkler system control valves from the surrounding environment. Constructed on top of a heavy-duty steel base foundation with fully insulated walls and ceiling.
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
14-gauge "C" channel wall framing and hot-dipped 3×4×¼" galvanized tube steel skids. Every joint welded for life-of-structure durability.
ELECTRICAL PACKAGE
Complete system including 100A panel, heater, lighting, and GFCI receptacle. Pre-wired to a single incoming power pull.
WEATHERPROOFING
26-gauge Galvalume® standing seam roof with 25-year rust warranty. Hidden fasteners eliminate leak paths entirely.
AESTHETICS
Custom exterior colors available. Interior features clean white 24-gauge sheathing — architect-approved from day one.
